Product introduction

T40 type axial flow fan Application:

Used in factories, warehouses, offices, residential ventilation or strengthen the heating heat dissipation. If the casing is removed, it can be used as a fan. It can also be installed in series at intervals in the longer exhaust pipe to increase the wind pressure in the pipe. The gas passing through the fan shall be non-flammable, non-explosive, non-corrosive, non-viscous substances and significant dust, and its temperature shall not exceed 45℃.

T40 type axial flow fan structure:

T40 type axial flow fan is composed of impeller, housing and air collector.

1, impeller part: composed of blade, hub, blade is arc plate, made of thin steel plate stamping, according to the required installation of fillet welding on the hub outer circle.

2. Air collector part: In order to reduce the loss of air flow into the mouth, the air collector is made of circular arc streamline, which is formed by thin steel plate stamping or spinning machine.

3. Shell part: composed of air duct, base and support plate, etc., all made of thin steel plate and profile. The air duct is straight cylindrical, and there is a certain gap between the impeller and the air duct.

T40 axial flow fan type:

The air efficiency of the T40 axial flow fan is increased from 67% to 84% and the strength at the blade root is enhanced because the airfoil of the original 30K4 fan is modified and the new cylindrical hub structure is adopted. T40 type axial flow fan products are divided into ten machine numbers according to different impeller diameters, which are ranked №2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Each type of machine blade can be installed into 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 35° five angles. Due to the differences in impeller diameter, blade installation Angle, spindle speed, etc., the air volume, wind pressure and power consumption are also different. The wind pressure is from 31Pa to 473Pa, and the air volume is from 564m3/h to 48200m3/h. This series of products are directly mounted on the motor impeller directly connected structure, in the impeller circumference speed does not exceed 60m/s with three kinds of revolutions: 2900r/min, 1450 r/min, 960 r/min. Facing the direction of the air inlet, the impeller rotates counterclockwise.
